Dr. Ayomide Olorunyomi

Psychologist, Psy.D., Post-Doctoral Fellow

Dr. Ayomide Olorunyomi is a School Psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her bachelor's and doctorate degrees from Rutgers University. With extensive training in psychological and psychoeducational assessments, she has worked across private practice, community mental health, and school settings, serving individuals across the life span. Her experience includes addressing trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, conduct problems, and family challenges related to involvement with the Department of Family Services. Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), she has provided trauma-informed therapy to affected children and families.


Dr. Olorunyomi completed a pre-doctoral internship at Atlanta Public Schools, where she now works as a full-time school psychologist. She supports children and adolescents with intellectual, academic, adaptive, and social-emotional challenges, supporting the development of specialized educational programs and interventions to students in need. Her experience includes school-based therapy, crisis intervention, behavioral intervention, and the implementation of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) in K-12 settings, focusing on tailored interventions, data-based decision-making, and resource organization.



Dr. Olorunyomi will have availability for new clients beginning in September, 2024
